TERMS OF SALE
When submitting an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail receipt. This however does not mean we have accepted your order. Only when we have debited your credit/debit account and your order has been shipped will the contract between us for the purchase of goods be formed. In the rare circumstances where we are unable to supply you with the selected item, we will contact you directly via e-mail, offering you an alternative item or a refund. Whilst we try and ensure all details, prices, descriptions and quantities are accurate and current, errors may still occur. With this in mind, we reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:
- The item is not in stock
- The details you have given are incorrect or unverifiable
- We have reason to believe you are reselling our products without prior consent
- We have reason to believe you are under the age of 18
- Due to an event outside of our control (see below)
- We identify an error in the product listing or pricing
- We suspect your order is related to fraudulent/criminal activity
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Our website uses Geo-Location Based Country Detection, meaning your IP is automatically detected to understand which country you are browsing from and converts any price shown from Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your countries currency. Exchange rates are refreshed twice a day based on the rates at www.XE.com. However, no matter what currency is shown, Shopify will always process each order in Pounds Sterling (GBP), therefore the final amount you pay is subject to your banks own exchange rates.
Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties. As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Should you refuse to pay the duties, your order will be returned back to HOLD and refunded. At this point a shipping/handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Please note the final order value does not include any additional duties. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties.
A pre-order is the reservation of an item which is currently unavailable for sale. An estimated dispatch date will be indicated for each pre-order item within the product description.
If your order consists of an item currently available and a pre-order item, they will be dispatched at different times, however you will only be charged once for delivery.
You must only ever use your own identity and all information you submit must be accurate and current. You must not comment or submit any information which could be deemed abusive, racist, unlawful or which may in any other way cause offence to someone. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms and conditions.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance due to an event outside our control. This is defined as any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat of preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsided, epidemic or other natural disaster. This also includes failure of public or private telecommunication networks or impossibility of use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If an event outside our control takes place which affects the overall performance of your order we will contact you directly via e-mail as soon as reasonably possible. At this point our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside of our control. You may cancel your order if an event outside of our control has continued for more than 30 days by contacting us at email@example.com. We will then refund the full amount you have paid, including any delivery charge.
